Ufuoma Enovwo Iminioro has led the Aviam Offshore team as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2016 till date.

With years of experience in several oil and gas companies globally and significantly in the upstream sector, he is responsible for creative strategy formulation and implementation, communication, management, identification of economic and socio-political industry trends and maintaining relationship with shareholders.

Possessing strong transformational leadership skills, he has successfully managed and completed several projects with diverse teams based on his ethical principles, inspirational motivation, unrivalled individualised consideration and industry-based expertise.

Mr. Imonioro graduated from the prestigious University of Benin with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), in Petroleum Engineering and seeks further learning in Business Administration (MBA) with the Lagos Business School, Lagos – Nigeria.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigerian Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (NNCC) and he is a Director at the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC, Nigerian Chapter)

His vision is to lead Aviam Offshore Engineering Company Limited to becoming the preferred indigenous oil and gas energy provider by continually delivering superior service to all stakeholders.

Joseph Okpongete joined Aviam Offshore in December 2017 as the Chief Operations Officer and brings 25years of multifaceted experience in drilling operations, oil rig management, global energy commodities, strategic planning, contract negotiation and relationship management.

Preceding his appointment with Aviam Offshore, he was Executive Director – Oil Trading & Business Development at Areli Oil; where he led new commercial account development and provided business intelligence advisory services and in so doing significantly increased revenue.

A graduate of the University of Nigeria – Nsukka; Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy and will soon be completing the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School Executive Education in Boston.

With a strong belief in the vision of the leadership of Aviam Offshore, Joseph manages the team and service providers to ensure there is clarity, commitment and proper management of the company’s processes, to ensure all set goals are achieved and objectives accomplished.

Driven with great enthusiasm for delivering total shareholder returns with precision and discipline, he is committed to developing and maintaining strong dialogue with investors and stakeholders, ensuring their values are prioritized in decision making and operations.

Oluseyi Onajin joined the Aviam Offshore Team in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer and brings with her years of experience in areas of strategic financial planning and analysis for optimum organizational performance.

She is responsible for ensuring timely external and internal financial reporting, maintaining cost control, coordinating cash flow, treasury activities, tax compliance and manages effective relations with relevant tax authorities.

Before joining Aviam Offshore, Oluseyi worked as Accounts Payable Manager West Africa for British Airways where she successfully developed a debtor monitoring tool and received various awards for her contribution to the growth of the Finance department.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and graduate of Botany from the Obafemi Awolowo university, Ile-Ife; Oluseyi possesses outstanding management, authentic communication, financial leadership and mentoring skills,

An advocate for personal and professional ethics and integrity, Oluseyi believes in leading by example and equitable treatment of both her team and stakeholders. She will continually strive to guarantee Aviam Offshore creates value for all by observing industry best practices.

Charles Obera joined Aviam Offshore as Head Human Resources & Administration bringing over 28 years of professional experience spanning through the consulting, manufacturing and oil & gas production and service industry.

A certified Human Resources generalist, he is responsible for the formulation of policies and strategies for talent management, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, general services and internal communications.

Prior to joining Aviam in 2018, he held positions of increasing responsibilities and had managed human assets within and outside the shores of Nigeria for local and international organizations with laurels for exceptional performance. His last role before joining Aviam Offshore was General Manager Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) for Dangote Cement PLC.

He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor relations from the prestigious University of Ibadan and full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

Charles exhibits exemplary leadership abilities, has a strong sense of ethics and impressive conflict resolution skills. He is passionate about people and all his roles have involved an interface with various nationals and cadre either as external or internal publics.

Oluwatosin Alfred-Kemepado has provided professional advisory and led the Quality Health Safety & Environmental Team of Aviam Offshore since 2017 with accumulated diverse experience from various international and Nigerian organizations and certifying bodies including OSHAcademy USA.

She ensures compliance of all policies, procedures and standards, conducts periodic offshore safety inspections and audit, reviews all HSE reports, vendor evaluation and pre-qualification and delivers QHSE trainings and presentations.

A certified and professional member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), International Safety Quality Management Association (MISQEM) and International Association of Safety Professionals, Oluwatosin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Protection and Resource Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State with a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification in view.

 

Formerly at Pacific International Drilling West Africa Limited, she served in the capacity of QHSE Specialist and provided advisory services to various clients including Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) and Total Exploration and Production Nigeria (TEPNG).

 

Oluwatosin is skilled in Incident and Accident Investigation, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Compliance and Process Auditing, Document Control and Training.

Isioma Anne Okonkwo serves Aviam Offshore as Company Secretary & Legal Adviser with over 15 years’ work experience in Corporate – Commercial, Company Secretarial, Dispute Resolution, Natural Resources & Energy Practice, Litigation and Contract Negotiation.

A Certified QMS Internal Auditor with professional certifications from the Petroleum Training institute and the Lagos Business School, Isioma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Benin, Edo State and the Nigerian Law School. She also has a diploma in International Business Organization and International Mergers and Acquisitions from the College of Law London.

Previously seconded to an American Multinational Oil Field Services Company, as an In-House Lawyer, she provided all round Legal services relating to the Company’s activities, commitments, obligations and operations in the Oil and Gas sector.

Isioma is a member of The Nigerian Bar Association, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K) Nigeria Branch and the Negotiation and Conflict management Group.
